Advance booking is essential so please do not set out until you have spoken to someone or have a booking confirmation.
Opening Times
For all bookings (other than Toddlers' and Fun Club) we suggest a minimum contribution towards the cost of your visit, per child or adult with Special Needs of £11 for a single session and £16 for a double session. (We do not ask for a contribution for siblings under 2 years old)
Children with Special Needs
Two sessions a day (10:00-13:00 & 13:00-16:00)
on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday
School Holiday Opening Times; same as above
You can either book a single or all day session.
We also welcome children without special needs to each session,however children with special needs will always have priority.
Adults with Special Needs
Friday opening times: 10:00 - 16:00 Exclusive Adult sessions
First Saturday of the month: 10:00-13:00 / 13:00-16:00 Families & young adults.
Any other Saturday: 14:30 - 16:30 Families and Adults of any age (subject to suitability)
Adults may book the sensory room sessions during the week but will not have access to the rest of the playground
Thursday Evening Fun Club
Youth Club age 15+
Zoom Sessions 7pm – 8pm; In person 6:30pm - 8:30pm

PLEASE NOTE:
If we are unable to answer the phone please leave a message clearly with the session you would like to come to, your family name, number of children and your phone number and we will call you back.
All booking enquiries will be dealt with in strict order, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to book everyone on the date/time when they want to come.
You also need to know that.......
- We have put in place some physical changes to the Playground to help you with social distancing and hand washing as well as some operational changes too. These will be explained to you when you book.
- Hand sanitizer stations have been installed around the site and we have increased our cleaning protocols to keep you and your family safer. We cannot offer a completely risk free environment but we have worked hard to reduce any risk to an absolute minimum.
- The Sensory Room is open at £10 per 30 minute session which are booked in advance. Please ask if you have not booked but wish to use the Sensory Room on your visit and we will see if there is availability. After each session the Sensory Room is deep cleaned.
- Toilets will be allocated. Toilets will continue to be deep cleaned between sessions (and as necessary) and cleaning materials will be provided for your use during your visit.
Booking is essential to ensure we manage the number of visitors coming in any one day. It is important to all that there is a calm and yet fun sociable atmosphere and so limiting numbers benefits everyone.
We do get cancellations so do call if you have not managed to book but would still like to come on a particular day, or on the off chance. We will do our best to accomodate you!
You should complete your booking by card payment over the phone, but if you are unable to, you may do so when you arrive.
